Unsatisfied with DDS dentures and implants mesquite tx
I paid DDS $10.000 and insurance almost paid $2000 up front Had no consultation. Picked my own dentures out and guessed on the implants.
So I got 6 implants. And the dentist don't usually do implants on the dentures I choose. I was never told until I already had them. The dental assistant told me that.
One time when I went Dr. O'brian put his hand in my mouth and he didn't have gloves on and his hands smelt like onions. I'm allergic to onions. Made me have a rash.
And one time I was getting these dentures fitted and the dental assistant did not have gloves on. And I ask where are your gloves? He said he just washed his hands. Ok this guy is gay.
He told me. And he could've had a sore on his hand and I have sores in my mouth due to ill fitting dentures. He could've had a disease and it would've spread to me. So unsanitary.
The dentures still don't fit. Can't where the bottom ones because they make sores and they said that's all they can do. Said they can refund the insurance back but I have to return dentures. Part of the implants are in the denture.
This is the worst experience I've ever had. I have no self esteem, depressed and I stay in the house and go no where. I get choked on food because I can't chew it.
So one time I had to call 911 because I was choking. And I want a refund.

Dental complaint
In 2019 I had a implant with a crown replaced in my front tooth number seven very next six months the tooth became loose. I went back to the DS and told them about the problem.
They looked at it said theres nothing they could do they would have to replace the whole crown and charge me the normal, right Which I feel was totally unjust they are the ones to put the screw in. They did not do it properly. I had to pay another Dennis to cut it out and replace it properly. He said the screw had been stripped he had I spent five hours in the chair getting it took it out, and I have to pay for a gnu crown and Bundt I feel its totally unfair shotty work and they werent.
They werent able to back up their work. Im going to contact Better Business Bureau in Conroe texas Im going to contact dental complaints division in Texas and Im going to maybe make a sign and park out in front of the store telling people their crooks and they will not back up there Work how old are there is to get your money.

The worst dentures I've ever had. Every time I went back to have them fix the problem they where worse each & every time.
Still don't fit have sores in my mouth from the dentures. wasted 900.00 people where nice but don't know what there doing I went back at least 8 to 10 times still don't fit what a joke

then got angry at us when we complained about having to wait almost two hours to be seen. Unbelievable rudeness.
