DCH in temecula has horrific customer service

We went to Chrysler dealership in Temecula CA. to lease a new 200 for my grandsons' 16th birthday about the 4th of July this year and after the first day it has been a customer service nightmare. We have made 13 trips back and forth to the dealership. The dealership has screwed up the paperwork thee times and the media center in the car was jacked from the first day.After several more trips down to DCH they finally said,oh ok we will order a new one One month and several days later.. it is finally in and say it will take TWO DAYS to put it in and ..no we do not have loaners, but you can drive down and rent a car..needless to say I will NEVER buy,lease or even drive by DCH again.Horrible experience!
