Hi, I leased a new audi from Audi of Calabasas in September They did not provide me with the master key fob. The sales man told me AFTER I signed that I would not get it based on chip shortage. OK I get that, but why did you not tell me before I signed. I would honestly not have purchased. Because the car is useless (can not start) if I lose the one key they gave me. And the fact Audi is producing thousands of cars and just released the 2022 models with fobs makes me believe it is fraud??? Again the car will not start if the one key is lost or becomes defective. After constantly calling them, the manager texts me that I will have what I paid for by end of October 2021. Well today is November 14th and no master fob key. I have the IOU in writing and his text. Can anyone please help me? I simply want what I paid for and what was promised to me in writing by end of October 2021. Thanks
