Ive changed my password, followed all the rules regarding password changing, and still cant log in. I get message box that says error logging in, please check your credentials and try again

It's too much of a frustrating and annoying hassle to cancel a subscription. We have charges coming out of our account every month but when my husband tried to cancel online, it said he didn't have an account. Crazy!!

Misleading and confusing advertisement
They completely ignore my emails and refuse to refund my money.
They led me to believe that the only way of obtaining a fortnite skin was to subscribe to their website, then on the same day it released for rewards, fortnite placed it on the item shop. So it cost double to "earn" the skin.
I subscribed to their website dcuniverseinfnite.com for $8/month, for 3 months to obtain all 6 codes. $24 before tax. The same item costs under $20. I redeemed all 6 codes.
I have all the items in my locker.
They denied my Fortnite final reward Armored Batman outfit saying i didnt redeem all 6 codes. The videk i have attached is the pickaxe tgey claim i didnt redeem.
