They are into tormenting their customers for amusement. Dont go to Benning Rd. The only nice ratings are fake ones. Been there several times. Always extremely nasty and whatever you show them they act like its not going to meet the checklist. Even if you folliw the checklist they act like your document is not goid enough. If you question their rudeness they tell you to go home. They also do things out of order all to try to headgame you. Frake clerk had on two glasses one for vision another for protection, a plastic face shield, a nose mask, and sitting behind a plexiglass counter and she keeps reminding you to keep your face mask on. And she is not even born here in the US but full of airs fakerry. They should close this miserable place down and reopen Rhode Island because at least there are more shops or eateries in the vicinity. This place has nothing safe nearby and they make you stand outside in line for hours if you are too early. Nobody deserves this kind harassmeny to pay for. My recommendation is they get reborn to do their job that they relish so much for the next three centuries, and stand in line outside to practice waiting in line for DMV services for another 3 centuries. Ad infinatum since they love their job!

Special police officer telling diners to leave

They are overhiring special police who have nothing better to do than gawk at people eating or relaxing at places likevMcDonalds. Guy who could barely speak english told me the 30 minute time limit was up. Expected me to leave. When i told him i would purchase something else he was clearly mad he didnt get to kick me out. Then he tried to report me lingering to the manager. I told him i am a regular visitor here and no one has ever attempted to tell me to leave. The profile is a black immigrant who probably recently is certified. Likes to pick on vulnerable populations. DC Special Police is a misnomer for black brown red yellow elderly youth gender- income- based targeting and bullying. They have so many you will see 5 cops picking on one single scrawny teenager. They are randomly asking young latinos to show identification. In libraries they still wear their vests with all kinds of blobby things attached. What a sad sick society we live in to need so much overpaid blatant protection.

Counselor changed on me

I have received counseling here as a disabled. Counselor was very inflexible unsupportive uncaring mean insensitive towards me. She behaved in an adversarial manner and did her best to shoot down a summer job I am applying for. I was appalled since this is a dc gov program and she works for DC gov! Has she been reprogrammed so the soul was removed from her? Or was this a latent thing I missed somehow? A key indicator might be she is from Nigeria and took her advanced degree here. They seem to be allowing a lot of them in, and when they go into govmt here it is reasonable to expect a few are spy operatives. I suspect she might be an operative because she has access to a huge database with detailed information. Her attitude of coldness was coupled with trained frameable counteraccusations when I accused her of being unsupportive and indifferent. She also said "i already know all about that program but its only going to be for the summer so what happens after that?" She obviously didnt know enough to even offer to share what she knew or care to visit the webpage with me. Ok this program is temporary but its excellent training and good work. But she tried her best to denigrate it, why? Maybe because she only wants "her kind" to be able to get in with dc gov. Maybe because she thrives (makes a living) off my being labeled a disabled mental case. She knows i am higher fcting well qualified but she wants to increase my emotional vulnerability. I just sensed a lot of foul air and sense of evil intention emanating from her! Then she said "ok i will try to listen to you" and pretended to be interested in my concerns. No real feedback or direction to resources, ideas on places other than DOES. Never offers books articles or brochures. Just very shallow insofar as potential services spectrum. There have been two meetings now where she has behaved very manipulatively and callously toward me in the way only a trained interrogator (operative) can. Operatives are also very good at sandwiching their ill intentions between with "nice normal" professional behavior. Anyway she has upset me and she knew it and did it on purpose as if to derail my effectiveness in my present position and confided aspiration. She also has a weird way of jackknifing the conversation with blunt emotive questions and misunderstanding on purpose and interrupting on purpose. I am very disappointed and may need to discontinue working with her. She acts as if i am reliant upon them but i had to remind her i found my present position by myself. Not with her help at all. So all she has to do is try and be supportive but evidently she hates doing that sometimes. And when she puts the MEAN hat on her service is ***
