I live in Ky and after 4 years I was able to purchase another car. I went to the Coubty Clerks office and they said I owe taxes on a truck that was reposssed from me in 2009 it is 2013. The car is somewhere still in my name

and I was told it was in California and the lien holder

has not taken my name off. Its either DC financial who I was told is out of business. The information came from

Frankfort and the car dealership or TD auto Finance whom I was trying to pay even after the repossession. Not happy when I was told to pay 583.00 for a truck I have not had for 4 years and especially not happy someone is in a car with my name on this, anything and I'm liable

this matter will be taken care of. If I did not have a car I would have never known.
