My name is Paul Gesner, and I am writing to you not only as a lifelong admirer of The Joker and Harley Quinn, but as one of many loyal fans who have followed their stories for years with passion, hope, and an emotional connection that is difficult to describe.

Harley Quinns evolution as a character has been powerful and inspiring. She has confronted her past, grown emotionally, and found her own voice.

Many of us, as fans, have supported this development and embraced it even when it meant accepting, sometimes forcibly, a separation from the Joker that has been difficult for the fandom to process.

Their separation could serve not to erase their bond, but to redefine it, to allow both characters to grow and eventually cross paths again with more complexity than ever.

Imagine a storyline that shows what the Joker feels when Harley isnt there.

Not to redeem him but to reveal the cracks, the obsessions, the emotions he keeps buried behind the smile.

This would not only refresh the character:

It would be a global phenomenon.

A Joker who is allowed to evolve even in his darkness would break barriers, attract new readers, and give long-term fans something truly meaningful. He has the potential to be more than the clown prince of crime.

He can be a tragic figure, a layered villain, a force of nature with emotional depth without losing the essence that makes him who he is.
