Bogus bus company. Stay away
This is not a bus operator company. They outsource the orders to other unreliable bus companies for 50% less.
Our company asked me to book a large coach bus for our company event. the bus showed up 45 minutes late, the bus was filthy and smell of toilet was unbearable , very old bus, almost got suffocated by the bus smoke coming inside. I guarantee you that they are not insured nor inspected at all. The driver told us that their company received the order from DC Charter Bus Company.com at last minute, even though we booked it 2 weeks in advance.
The second issue was the refund for late arrival. The company refused to offer 1 hour refund for the services which we never received when the bus arrived late. They completely ignored our request and never replied to our email or phone calls. I will be filing complaint at BBB .
Stay away from this company, deal with local bus companies .
