Review authors value the most Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Billing Practices. Consumers are not pleased with Customer service and Turnaround Time. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.
Excellent response to a grip case failure.
Support request for an initial response in 1 hour and it was midnight their time. Failure accepted in three days. Replacement shipped 2 days after that.

Disgusting customer service
I ordered the glow circuit products on the 28th of november 2024. Still havent recieved it and keep getting automated responses.
i opened 2 tickets and still nothing. i requested for a refund now in hopes to recover my money as these guys dont care for their customers.
NEVER buy from them! its absolutely riddiculous and appauling.

Verified ReviewerResolved: I was sent the wrong product and submitted a ticket the same day a week ago. I still have not received a returned response other than the automated reply. They have no contact number.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I received an apology for the delay stated to be high volume of business experienced through the holiday sales.
They shipped the correct product and I eventually got it. In the end they came through, but a quicker response would have been a much more satisfying thing.
They have no contact number. I am extremely frustrated that I cannot progress my issue further. I have purchased from them before with good results. They have been a great company with great products, but this is a very weak link in their business model.
To the extent that it is ruining my opinion of their company. Before I placed this order, I even tried to convince my friends and relatives to buy their products. It's crazy. I feel like a fool for strongly backing them, and then this happens!
I hate it! I feel like I'm complaining to a wall.
I expect a company to respond. My only other option is to share my experience and no longer do business with them.

I will never on earth recommend dbrand to someone else nor will I order from that company again, its so frustrating and very unfair.

I ordered two products, first thing, took forever to get any info on my order and receive it. Two, I sadly got rid of my computer that I had ordered the skin for so I contacted Dbrand requesting a refund, and a so called robot responded asking for me to send pictures which I did and they never responded.
I have contacted them almost 5 times and still the same robot response. How do they expect to provide great customer service and for customers to come back when they dont even respond or even try to make the customers happy?
Definitely not working with Dbrand ever again. No recommending them to any of my friends or family members.
