Dbest plumbing...not dependable...
called for an appointment on thursday...said they would be out on friday between 1pm to 3pm...never showed never called to cancel...so i called and they said they had no evidence of an appointment...apologized and said it was there fault after i told her she was the one i spoke to and made the appointment...made another appointment for saturday at 8am...8:30am came and went so i called not once but twice to make sure the plumber was coming...all i got was the answering service...no all back ...no apology...plan to report service to BBB. I cancelled appointments and other errands to wait for the service promised..if this is the way you do business you should close your doors...i could be flooded out if i waited to hear from you....poor business ethics
