Poor customer service.
My order delivered to North Carolina. Instead of Ohio.
Called during business hours. And sent a complaint. I ended up w a company JUST answer. Who charged my credit card 45$ for nothing and was not authorized.
Be very careful with thus company. Something is off. I have been a customer for 2 years. The product is good.
The support is borderline. If not fraud.

Although I love the product, I do not like not being able to speak with anyone. There are numerous phone numbers to try, but no one picks up. Not great customer service.

Enough
Im trying to reach a human person. My order was supposed to be delivered on 10/10.
I sent an email on 10/14 Still no response. I spent over $50 for a product I still havent received
Cannot find a human to talk to
I ordered polish on October 5. The tracking for USPS said it would be here on October 10.
I sent an email to Dazzle Dry on October 14; here we are three days later on the 17th. Nobody has responded to my email. Nobody will pick up my phone call; I cannot get a human person. I just want to know if there's a problem with my delivery.
I spent over $50 on this nail polish. I should at least get a person and find out where my polish is.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
