I love the company and I love the product. I just accidentally ordered one large bottle of the four polishes that I picked out and I wanted to change it to a small one. If you check my previous orders, you will see that I always ordered the small one and my finger mustve hit the larger one by accident .

Follow up on concern about ordering Mini or regular size polish

A past manicurist used Dazzle Dry & the polish is great. I ordered a $12 bottle expecting a standard sized bottle of polish.
Unfortunately, I didnt verify the size of the bottle!!! Instead, I received what appears to be a very tiny SAMPLE. I called Dazzle Dry. They apologized for any confusion & will review their website to make certain customers are aware if they are ordering a MINI or regular size polish.
They
offered a discount on future purchases or a regular size nail polish.
The polish arrived within 3 days. Thank you Dazzle Dry: Always a very good polish.

No Refund for Lost Package
- - I have used Dazzle Dry for two years and love the product.

I've been using Dazzle Dry for two years now and love the product; however, I am very disappointed with their customer service and want to give others a heads up in case they face something similar.
I purchased $95 of Dazzle Dry products that USPS marked as delivered, but the package never arrived (I was home all day). Dazzle Dry did not respond to me for almost two weeks after I emailed them.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but Dazzle Dry cited USPS claiming it was delivered, so the dispute was resolved in their favor.
I more or less paid $100 for nothing.
I still like the product, but I think I will switch over to ordering it from Amazon instead of from Dazzle Dry directly because at least there will be some consumer protection. I placed eight different orders with them over the years, and did not expect this terrible of customer service, especially for a repeat customer.

Although I love the product, I do not like not being able to speak with anyone. There are numerous phone numbers to try, but no one picks up. Not great customer service.

Difficulty with loyalty rewards and how to enter on checkout
Accepted rewards 10.00$ but code given did not work and now rewards have disappeared? It took some time to access loyalty rewards after receiving email. This should be much easier

Cannot find a human to talk to

- - Polish was ordered Oct 5 and tracking said delivery by Oct 10, and I spent over $50.
- - No update since Oct 14 and no response to emails or calls.
I ordered polish on October 5. The tracking for USPS said it would be here on October 10.
I sent an email to Dazzle Dry on October 14; here we are three days later on the 17th. Nobody has responded to my email. Nobody will pick up my phone call; I cannot get a human person. I just want to know if there's a problem with my delivery.
I spent over $50 on this nail polish. I should at least get a person and find out where my polish is.

Poor customer service.

My order delivered to North Carolina. Instead of Ohio.
Called during business hours. And sent a complaint. I ended up w a company JUST answer. Who charged my credit card 45$ for nothing and was not authorized.
Be very careful with thus company. Something is off. I have been a customer for 2 years. The product is good.
The support is borderline. If not fraud.
Dazzle Dry doesn’t charge for support. You have a virus/adware on your computer that enabled Just Answer to pop up.
