Finance (Rodney Rodriguez) dishonest

Rodney Rodriguez ran my credit 5 times without disclosing the 5 scores returned. I was shown 1 score, which by then was drastically lower then I ever had.

I have alert monitoring and requested Mr. Rodriguez send me a copy of the other 4 scores he ran. It has now been 2 weeks and no email, call or follow up with my other scores. I basically have to suck this one up as a lost but for future customers, please stay away from the shady Finance at the dealership.

Thanks to my credit monitoring service, I was able to identify the inquiries, even though he never admitted to running any of the pulls, I have evidence.

Please be careful or just go somewhere else. Total scam!

The same thing happened to me in 2018. They ran my credit report at least 8 times to drive it down to the ground to justify financing my car at the maxium interest permitted.

Sorry this happened to you. Apparently, this is a COMMON operating practice of Daytona Toyota.

I strongly advise customers to check local police department and florida attorney general's office for complaints. If Charles Mallard III, Todd Pierce and Michael Richards are involved in your transaction, I suggest you try another dealership.

Please obtain and review local police reported referenced in this complaint and any supplement complaints I file so you can clearly understand devices and schemes DAYTONA TOYOTA PERSONNEL used to create a fraudulent loan application. Also, check the Florida Attorney General's website for any complaints filed against them. This could protect you from further fraud.

The following Daytona Toyota personnel have been reported to the FBI, City of Daytona Beach, FL Police Department and the Florida Attorney Genera's office for auto dealer fraud: Charles "CJ" Mallard III, Todd Pierce, James Martens, and Michael Richards. The dealership falsified my application, deliberately with help providing me a printed copy for my records and to immediately review before processing the application further and willfully sent information they knew was false across interstate lines to commit wire or bank fraud.

The referenced police report with the City of Daytona Beach, is case number assigned is 8000****, officer B. Archey D45883.

dealerships owned by the General Manager. I would steer clear of any of them and not buy a car from them under any circumstance.

Had a run in with smart mouth today with a service person last name Brady. You should never talk smart or try to intimidate any customer.

The place has never been to friendly the last 10 years since I bought my car there. Free oil change isn't worth the harassment or a general bad attitude.

Terrible. I do give high marks to KIKI who is a sales consultant.

I refuse to take my car back to Daytona Toyota. Their service and salesmen lie to you.

I have chosen to take my car to Kia, across the street from Toyota to be serviced and pay them $45 for an oil change although Daytona Toyota offers lifetime oil changes for free. I'm afraid Daytona Toyota might sabotage my car just to make extra money.

DAYTONA TOYOTA LIAR LOANS AND PREDATORY LENDING

I notified Daytona Toyota less than one week after I discovered their personnel falsified my credit application. I suspect Daytona Toyota and SouthEast Toyota (World Omni) are complicit in a predatory lending scam among other things.

Buyer beware.

You are not dealing with reputable organizations. The salesman who sold me the car at Daytona Toyota was Charles Mallary III and the finance managers I dealt with are todd pierce, michael richards,James Martens. Daytona Toyota charged me a $1300 processing fee but failed to disclose there was an open recall on the steering system.

Incident reported to law enforcement. They also engaged in bait and switch, failed to give numerous disclosures required by law.

I have called Toyota's Customer Experience line. The Rep was courteous and forwarded my complaint to Daytona Toyota.

However, Daytona Toyota (451N. NOVA ROAD) never called me within the 2 days timeframe. I ended up emailing the General Manager. I asked Daytona Toyota for the name of the corporate attorney but Finance Managers Todd Pierce and James Marten did not provide me his name.

Just last week, the General Manager finally gave me the Attorneys name after my numerous emails to him. I am advising the public to complete your credit application online and make a copy for your records. DO NOT allow anyone at Daytona Toyota to process your application. Ask for a copy before they submit it through ROUTE one.

Salesman Charles "CJ" Mallard III, Financial Managers Todd Pierce, Michael Richards and James Martens are pushing through credit applications using fraudulent information. The dealership is able change your information on the first page, without your knowledge after you have signed the credit application. Although World Omni was advised before funding of their illegal practices, they refused to cancel the contract. Also, demand Finance Managers to print out the Buyer's Order and Retail Installment Contract BEFORE YOU SIGN.

Daytona Toyota is using partial digital technology. They are able to control everything you see , line by line and skip over significant disclosures in the contract by viewing it electronically. The finance manager Todd Pierece uses a flip screen, which makes it difficult for the customer to review the document in its entirety. I personally would not do business with Daytona Toyota.

Go to Orlando or another dealership.

You have personnel at Daytona Toyota willing to risk going to prison by committing wire and bank fraud just to make a commission. That should tell you to AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE.

Daytona Toyota

I've had to get my car fixed at daytona toyota for two different car accidents - both not may fault. Due to their lack of care during the process they had to replace my speakers.

They have repainted my trunk 3 times now because they don't do a complete job and the paint bubbles up! If they just did their jobs they would save so much money by not having to fix their previous work! They also found something leaking under my car a year after they replaced the sterring axle (not certain exact name for it) that connects the front tires together. Every time they try to make me pay for the results of their reapairs and everytime I have to use knowlege to show I am not ***.

My bumper still has web cracks in the same spot after 2 paint jobs and they supposedly replaced it the first time but the cracks magically show in the same exact areas. They refused to do anything about the bumper the third time and gave their word that the would do an excellant paint job repair, and not once did they admit ever to doing a bad job nor did they compensate me for my time and gas that it costs every time I have to go back!!

I will never get a car there again they give toyota a bad rep and I honestly don't want another toyota just because of them. What happened to honor in your work?
