We arrived at Daytona RVs after driving from oregon to Florida. We were promised a 4 hour walk through where they explained each system and what we needed to know. The walk through was promptly cut short when this giant man moved in a way that made my modern combatives instructor husband to raise up at exactly the same time. Problem was the giant man had pushed him over to where he was standing Under the pin box. He got a four inch head lac and a concussion that caused even more seizures than he was having at that time. I have given both the giant man and the owner ample opportunity to respond. They could care less. They even found a way to remove my one star review with pics and thorough explanation of the problems we had which included theft of 10k worth of brand new items the previous elderly owner had held onto and put in the rv for us. He had recently lost his wife to Covid and made a gentlemans agreement with us, and with Daytona RVs. We kept up our end of the deal and so did seller problem was Daytona RVs made one repair they covered the sagging bedroom slide with a 1/4in piece of ply. Which held up for all of two weeks. Time to go post about Daytona RVs on google aagain they took advantage of my disabled husband and myself but thats not the part we care about. Dominic the seller was very specific, he wanted his rv that hed enjoyed with his wife for years to go to a couple as in love as he and his wife were, and everything he had just bought for the 2021 season to go to us. This place is so bad they stole our stereo system. We had a high end system in the great room and they took all the speakers! Thats how sleazy this place is if I got a call back with an apology and the owner stating he fired the lazy jerk who injured my husband and took care of whoever stole our stuff. Then I could see myself doing business with Brian and his wife again. My review was the top placed review on google for months until they realized they could pay google to make my clearly damaging disappear. I dont disappear in situations like this either I come to a reasonable solution with the owner or I sue for my husbands injury on his property caused by his sloth of an employee for medical expenses, pain and suffering caused by the excess seizure activity, and theft. Were still in contact with the seller as we check in on each other often. Hes a powerful rich New York real estate investor. Hes got power and hes not afraid to use it in this case. If I were Brian I would make that call, instead he pays google to remove the one review he has no answer for. User's recommendation: Stay away from Daytona RVs they lie cheat and steal there way into deals.
