I have called the dealership to voice my concerns and sent out emails to corporate and have heard nothing back

It is ridiculous to add on $10,000 to the retail car price and then your sales representative stated "all dealerships are doing it." Terrible response and terrible to add that much to cars which are already expensive. I paid 30 grand for a 20 grand car. I will no longer do business with Kia. What a rip off and terrible service

Preferred solution: at LEAST an explanation on why 10 grand was added onto the price of the car I purchased other than "all dealerships are doing it." In that case, I want my 10 grand back

Everything from the percentage of the car financed to the price to the trade in to the amenities I was supposed to receive and did not get any. All 4 salesmen and managers were complicit. They lied to my face and my 70 year old mother! Shame on you! The car is defective the door won't shut one key won't work, the paint they won't set a service appointment. I've been there seven times, a 100 mile round trip and been discriminated against, verbally assaulted, physically intimidated buy your sales manager. If I don't get results. I will picket with multiple vehicles every day as a disabled veteran for the rest of my life.

Very poor service they overcharged me they are very disrespectful they refused to honor the work they did on my car for a total of $800 just to service my car. Now I have lights and warnings and cautions coming on my car just a week after have low tire pressure that they said they checked and when I went to make an appointment they refused to make an appointment for me and told me just to call Kia headquarters!
