I am trying to get onto my newspaper, my e-paper, today, and you have changed everything around. I can't figure out what I have to do, and I've been filling out forms now for over an hour.
This is my worst relaxing time of the day to read your damn paper, and I'm tired of having you keep changing it. Every three months, now I have to go through Apple.
I guess I'm trying to do that; if I don't get it, I may have to unsubscribe and take the Times and forget about you, so get this straightened out for now. I'm tired of messing around with you.

I want to cancel the newspaper being delivered to 3736 Mandalay Dr, Trotwood, Ohio. My dad is in the nursing home and he's not coming back home.

Elderly, disabled neighbors newspaper deliveries incorrect

Terrible customer service to go along with a useless newspaper. That is why I dropped our subscription years ago.
I was calling for my 2 neighbors ages 82 and 91 who don't use computers. Your customer service rep was obnoxious!
The paper is still being delivered next door for the 82 year old and at the bottom of the driveway for the 91 year old who walks with a walker. You should be ashamed!!!Don't Don't
