They hang up on me 3 times and the guy was very disrespectful, he denied to provide me with a verification of employment for one of the Dayoris employee. Verification that I have emailed 3 times since 11/16/2020. Their customer services is awful.

Do not use this company. They are all about the money and their customer service is horrible. Spent $10k on doo r s and they wont add to an order because you have to spend a minimum of $8k.

Poor customer service

Unprofessional and disrespectful. WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

I hired this company for a custom TV unit for a client of mine and not only did they fail to communicate with me but after waiting almost two month for the piece, many failed attempts to get an update, false information regarding delivery and such, and receiving the piece completely incorrect to the original design and plans that were approved the Piece was delivered incorrectly and taken back to be fixed where they requested full payment for the piece even after they made the whole unit incorrect and failed to fix the unit. They refused to fix the TV unit until they received full payment AFTER they confirmed they had made the mistake. The owner of the store Scott Kucine not only disrespected myself and my client but used foul language to basically say that if we didn't like it we could take our business else where even if we had already paid them over $4,000 upfront. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I wish I would have checked the reviews in the better business bureau and noticed the amount of complaints they've received. I've never felt with such a disorganized and disrespectful company in my life.

Dayoris Door Company - irresponsible, not relayable with bad products

This company promissing you the world. Doors were installed, yet some of them are damaged, some have problems to open/close. Their representative promissed to come back next day, bnever came. Doesn't pickup neither cell nor office phone. If you lucky to get through to them they'll promissed to call call but never do. They do not keep their appontments either by not showing up at all or keep on rescheduling them at least 3-4 times. Send unskilled people to make repairs. Do not ever deal with them. Dayoris Door Company - irresponsible, not relayable with bad products.
