I ordered sweatshirt on 11/27. It's 12/24. Have emailed company numerous times and haven't heard anything back.

I purchased a $50 Dayglow (https://store.dayglowband) sweatshirt for my daughter as a Christmas present. There was no communication from them at all until I got a message from Shopify on December 23 that the store had "accepted" my order. I got an email a little later from the store stating cheerily that the package is on the way. Yet today, Christmas Eve, tracking shows it hasn't even left the facility. I used Dayglow's online help tool yesterday to sent a message and haven't heard anything back. I understand that shipping is a challenge during the holidays and pandemic. But this store really outdid themselves in terms of terrible communication and irresponsibility. Dayglow - if you want to make money from your merchandise, then choose a vendor who respects your fans.

User's recommendation: Don't Order from them. They don't give a crap about their fans.
