Daycare Grooming in Pflugerville
After being quoted a price of $35-$45 to groom my cocker spaniel I took him to Daycare Grooming. Imagine my surprise when I returned to find him shaved with all the long hair on his belly and legs gone!
Not only was my dog's hair ruined but I was charged $70! I had to leave town for the next week so when I returned I went by the location to explain what had happened. The worker told me that there was nothing she could do. Later she called and gave me the owner's phone number.
Once again, nothing was done. He actually implied that it was my fault that I didn't ask the groomer what he was going to charge before I left the dog behind and that I must have asked for the dog to be shaved. I will never return to Daycare Grooming for any reason.
Poor Louis Vuitton is now a naked cocker spaniel! I think I was charged double just because of his name.
