Tried to order online Tried several times never got an order placed. Called ordering item 91010 the section about auto mileage and distance records keeping have been removed.

Sent wrong size refill

Today is 1/7/2021 - On December 22, 2020 I placed an order. My credit card was charged immediately and the confirmation said I'd receive my order Jan, 2 2021. It didn't show up so on Jan 4th I tried contacting Customer Service. I've tried all three methods - Chat, Email and the 800# and nothing works. I've tried every day for four days and still no contact. I've waited on hold on the 800# for 30 minutes and no one picks up. They have a feature that says they'll call you back. Three days later still no call-back. I sent an email and three days later still no response. I've tried the chat function several times and waited 15 minutes each time and it never connects. On their website my order still shows in process.
