Item # 92100****". IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED --- A MONTH LATER.
Every time I phone Day Timer, I am told that it is "on its way".
This is completely unacceptable. I have been buying your products for more than 20 years.

Sent wrong size refill
Never got a returned phone call.
Today the second time I left my number after holding for 15 minutes.
Last week I received the wrong size refill.
It should have been the 6.5 high refill.

Today is 1/7/2021 - On December 22, 2020 I placed an order. My credit card was charged immediately and the confirmation said I'd receive my order Jan, 2 2021.
It didn't show up so on Jan 4th I tried contacting Customer Service. I've tried all three methods - Chat, Email and the 800# and nothing works. I've tried every day for four days and still no contact. I've waited on hold on the 800# for 30 minutes and no one picks up.
They have a feature that says they'll call you back. Three days later still no call-back. I sent an email and three days later still no response.
I've tried the chat function several times and waited 15 minutes each time and it never connects. On their website my order still shows in process.

My January book is missing pages 14-23 I have been trying all day to reach by phone. I have been a customer for over 20 years!!
