Day Bros RV in Kentucky

Are you looking for the most dishonest low life people then you found them here. I asked for a honest assessment of a Rv that Iwanted to buy.

Told them I was traveling very far to buy the rv. They said they went over the rv completely and everything was ready and good. I drove over 11 hours to see the rv, what a piece of *** they are trying to sell. When i told them nicely that the rv had too many issues, they said they were happy I was not buying it because they priced it to low.

Real honest people would not have made anyone travel to see a product that they were not prepared to sell. Beware of doing any business with these people

This started as exactly what happened to my family. We found the RV, was assured everything was checked out.

THEN after flying 2 family members out, the dealership took the money and watched the family drive off the lot. The RV didn't make it very far before finding many items were not functional including the heating system and the generator. 2 important things when an 80+yr old is one of the passengers in the winter on a trip to Montana. They returned the RV the next day after a very cold night.

They were told "everything would be fixed." After returning to Montana, the dealership decided since they had the money and the RV that NO, everything that was supposedly working before we got there would NOT be fixed.

Trying to sort out a $70,000 mess where they already have the money and the RV and OBVIOUSLY had NOT checked out the RV before assuring us EVERYTHING was in perfect working order. Unfortunately we didn't see this review before discovering that in the last 4 years, this is business as usual for this dealership.
