I got into trap into this company for planning my Umrah trip. I am on H1 visa here and they made a mess and didnt applied my application correctly.

They took 1560$ for 4 persons and didn't even refund a singly penny from service fee.

I highly recommend to not get into this company trap. Their CEO is big bogus fellow and so their company employees sitting in Pak

This is my first experience with dawn travel.I went to the hajj with my wife from Boston.The Service they provide worst.They are not capable to run the hajj program. When our group arrived at Jeddah Airport ,Aug 3rd, 2019,no dawn representative avaliable to provide assistance to hajjaj at airport.

They mentioned many things in the advertisement but they were failed to provide those services. They do't have any private buses and dawn travel only depend government provide buses.They told us the buses are coming but they never showed up on time as they said.Buses late 5 to 6 hours. Our mina experienced was very bad they put 60 hujjaj in one camp where we have to spend five days of hajj and air conditioned was not working properly.

I came every day to makkah at my hotel with other hajjaj to stay hotel during the day and spend around 1000 SR in transportation because mina tent they provide was not good as mentioned in ad.Administration was completely failed. I will not recommend anyone to go with Dawn Travel.

Please please please, don't go to Hajj with dawn travel, don't do the same mistake I did, you will suffer to the point that you can't worship in peace, they will put you in a cheap hotel far from Haram never a walking distance, they will provide transportation for just 2 or 3 days, after that you will pay a taxi to and from Haram, the taxi drivers will take advantage they may ask you the equivalent of 100$ less our more for one way, the food quality provided in the hotel is very low quality, in mena the food is like dog's food, I spent my day in Arafat mountain so I missed my lunch at the tent , because they expect you to stay at the tent instead of going to the mountain the day of Arafat , at night I asked for food they refuse to give me food, they said wait for the dinner, the dinner was never served, I spent my night in muzdalifat HUNGRY. In Madina 24 hours before our departing flight, we got kicked out from the hotel by force , they took us to another hotel "in the lobby" ,, no rooms ,, it was a mess we were very tired and sick, they asked us to pay for transportation from Madina to Jeddah, but we contacted the minister of Hajj so we didn't pay.
