Disrespected
I recently had to euthanize my pet. I chose Davis clinic because that was our vet.
I gave them my current phone number for pick up they called my ex boyfriend to pick up her remains. They had no courtesy for me or my request they even sent the sympathy card to him as well. I am very disappointed with their service.
I will not return there. Used my exes last name as my pets last name.
Preferred solution: Apology

Not upfront with their pricing
Took our dog to get spayed, and they didn't call to let us know she was alright like they said they would, I had to call them. They said their computers were down, so they couldn't give me a receipt, and then tried calling and saying that I didn't pay for my bill.
Luckily, I paid with my debit, so I had proof.
Then they charged me an extra $30 that they did not tell me about. I just want to let everyone know to be careful with this company.pany.
