Unable to reach customer service

We love Davines products but are unable to reach customer service to change the size of one of the products that I ordered Also, I wished there were more travel sizes in shampoos and stying products.

Spray can won’t soray

I could only leave a voice mail at this time.

My issue is that I have a can of your medium hair spray because thats what my hairdresser uses. So I purchased a can ($40+) and theres a lot left in the container but it will not spray. Ive tried everything she suggested.

I think it's wrong not to give discounts to licensed cosmetologists. We went to school and paid lots of money to be professionals. This company does not treat us like professionals.

Resolved: Delivery problems

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Situation was resolved through email and sending photos of the damaged boxes and empty items.

They are sending replacement products, offering apologies and a free travel with my next order. I haven’t received the new package yet, but I feel happy with the kind and respectful resolution.

My products are drained and empty. The post office put the box in a plastic bag because the box was soggy. It smells fabulous, but I'm hoping when I speak with someone on Monday, it will be replaced.

Customer service is awful

Ill first start off by saying I love the products but their customer service is awful. I emailed them numerous times along with multi messages left asking for someone to call me with no avail.

They do not respond and they didnt come through with their promo with refer a friend. With that being said I will never buy their products again and have moved on to Kevin MurphyDavines needs to take note in how to treat customers!
