Faulty product

Hello, my DaVinci is does not work. It stopped working correctly a few months after purchase and it does not work at all. I would ask for another product , but Im certain this product will not hold up. What can you do to redeem the integrity of your company?

Vape purchase

I have found Divinci vapes products superior to others, this is my 2nd purchase. The customer service is amazing, they have gone above and beyond to make my purchase a positive experience. They also gave me free items. I will always be a Divinci customer.
