Company Will Not Do Warranty Repair
This is our third new build home and this by far is the worst.
After three months we are still waiting on warranty service for electrical, flooring, bath tub/shower, kitchen cabinets and three foot long wall and ceiling separation. We did get service on a bad A/C unit and some of the electrical .
We have had three electric breakers replaced, two door seals so far, but can't get these ya whos to fix the rest .
The floor has major issues with peaks and valleys in the slab and the vinyl flooring has major gouges and scratches from the sub contractors, a kitchen cabinet was damaged during construction and needs to be replaced, the bath tub / shower has gouges and chips. the the three foot crack / separation between the wall and ceiling in one room in now happing in the adjacent connecting rooms.
All these problems were found before we moved in to this new home and warrantee was notified
