Have a strucural issue on our house in Carolina Park Mt Pleasant , SC Not happy with conversation with warranty rep!!
- - 8-foot crack in the family bathroom, likely from a foundation slab.
- - Scott says it’s the customer’s problem; customer asks for higher-level contact.
We contacted Scott the warranty rep for this area and was NOT satisfied with his answers to our problem . A crack has aprox 8 feet long has develpoed in small family bathroom.
Has to be as result of slab crack in foundation. He indicated it was our problem not DW'S. I would like to speak to someone higher in chain of command .
