Disrespect of cusomers TIME ! ! ! !
- - Oil change and air bag recall were performed; the customer waited about 2 hours.
- - The car was ready, but the tech went to lunch and left it in the shop.
Today June 24, 2019 around 11:30 I took my 2012 Dodge Challenger in for an oil change and a air bag recall. My service technician asked me if I would be staying while my vehicle was being service.
Finally after close to 2 hours of waiting I went to the service desk to asked for a ride home if this was going to take any longer. Long story short.. My car was ready but my service tech was gone to lunch, so it was just sitting in the shop apparently waiting for his return. This type of service is unacceptable!

Multiple damages by dealership, Agressively VISIOUSLY Attacked by Traci Strain, Service Manager, who lies about his gross behavior Oklahoma City, OK dealership
- - Threats and aggressive behavior by Tracy Strain toward me.
- - Damages include defective chrome fuel door, paint, rear bumper, and cell phone glass.
Still not resolved. I filed another BBB complaint.
Will now file a complaint with the state of Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission. In February 2014, the Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission fined David Stanley $350,000.00 for false/bait and switch tactics T.V. advertising.
David Stanley signed an admittance document admitting to the fraudulent commercials.
More people need to come forward about David Stanley and Tracy Strain. A class action suit would be best for all of their customers.

5. Excessive delay completing repairs.
6. Service Dept Paint shop held vehicle over 2 weeks.

13. PHYSICALLY THREATENED BY TRACI STRAIN. HE THREATENED TO DAMAGE MY VEHICLE AGAIN.
14. Assistance in Cell phone glass face repair still not completed.
15. Damage on rear bumper still not repaired.
16. I have not been contacted to discuss these issues.
17. EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT and Customer Service failure to return my and my wife's phone calls.
18. No investigation in to these events has been made by the dealership.
19. EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT and CUSTOMER SERVICE refuses to deal with situation.
Tracy Strain LIES by denying his viscous, aggressive, unethical, and unprofessional behavior and lack of integrity, honesty and strength of character. However, he CANNOT deny the damages he caused to my vehicle nor can he deny his direct physical threat and threatening to damage my vehicle, again. I have those threats in an email sent by him.
No attempt to return my phone calls is unacceptable at minimum. Now, the dealership will not upholding a signed and paid ($400.00) for extended service agreement. Failure to honor paid services agreement.
- Customer service
- Service department manager behavior
- Executive management unprofessionalism
Preferred solution: Refund, Traci Strain and executive managements apology.
Did not fix my car properly.
- - Duplicated 2010 repairs; replaced 100k spark plugs again.
- - Car ran hot; water pump and radiator were replaced, then misfiring and higher fuel use.
Duplicated repairs of 2010. Spark plugs are 100,000 mile plugs.
changed them again. Car is now using too much gas. David Stanley Chrysler jeep Dodge. Invoice numbers docs460894 and docs463313.
docs473296 and docs390108.First car was running hot. took it to shop . they said that it was the water pump. changed the water pump.
it still ran hot. Changed radiator. Second complaintg. car was misfiring.
took it to shop. they duplicated all the maint. of 2010. Including the 100,000 miles spark plugs.
Now car used a half tank of gas and just went 130 miles. If there is any justice I want it.
Car ran hot got it fixed? Running hot again.
- - Car ran hot; gauge not maxed; water pump changed (June 29, 2012).
- - Yesterday it started running hot again; head gasket or warped heads.
Took car to David Stanley Chrysler,Jeep, Dodge because it was running hot. Gauge never pegged out.
They changed the water pump. Said that was the problem. This was June 29,2012.Yesterday car started running hot again. Advisor said it could possibly head gasket or warped heads.
Why didn't they see that on the initial inspection? Gauge never rose to extreme. Just two notches up from normal.Water in overflow was boiling as before. Why did they change water pump if it was something else?
Invoice date July third,2012. Invoice number doc450894.Waitilng for determination from Chris Rutled, the advisor.
Screwed me out of 180$
- - Internet price was 17,350; charged 17,530 plus processing.
- - BBB complaints show many issues with David Stanley Hyundai; 118 complaints, 35% unresolved.
Internet price was posted at 17,350. Researched Hyundais for days prior to visiting dealership.
Drove car, liked car, offered internet price of 17,350 cash. No prob. Except when I looked at the invoice three days later I saw David Stanley Hyundai in Oklahoma City had charged me 17,530 + processing fee.
I took it to BBB, got nowhere, of course. DSH helps pay the rent. My fault I know for rushing through the signing and not paying attention. And $180 is not a lot of money; it's the principle. A deal is a deal.
I looked up complaints on David Stanley Auto Group (they sell Chevies, Fords, etc. all around town) and DSAG had at that time more than 118, more than any other major dealer in OKC. Mostly related to advertising/sales issues. Thirty-five percent (35%) were never resolved!
Suggest you stay away from David Stanley dealers unless you take a microscope to read the fine print.
Corvette Emptor or somesuch.
