Poor installation and worse Customer Service
- - Gate height was 1/8 inch off concrete, not 2 inches.
- - 3 days no-show; wife screamed on a call; they refused to raise height and walked off.
They came out to install a fence and a fence gate. We agreed on a determined height off the concrete (2 inches).
They only installed it about an 1/8th of an inch off the concrete instead. After contacting them, they came out the next day to review and agreed to move the gate an inch higher. They also stated the gate was sagging and to install anti-sag kits. They agreed to also install those the next day If I purchased them.
They no showed for 3 days. On the 4th day, the wife called and SCREAMED at me and ending up hanging up on me. They stated 2 weeks was too long to determine if it was the incorrect height. After confronting the wife about her inappropriate behavior on the phone she continued to scream.
2 days later they came out to install the anti sag kits but refused to raise it. He then started screaming at me as well telling me that he would never complete the job and walked off.
