I placed some family chgina and silver on consignement with the current owenr of David Orgell, Korosh Soltanio. We both signed an agreement and we both retained a copy of the agreement.

After about 3 years of the items not selling, I asked Mr. Soltani to return my items. By that time he had closed his stole in San Marino. We had numerous text and phone conversations.

He told me that all of the merchandise is i n storage and "I know exactly where yours is." After a year of Mr. Soltani setting dates to return the items and making promises that he would absolutely keep the dates, he still has not returned my items. Please do your research on the Internet: he has failed for bankruptcy and he has been sued countless times for large sums of money.. He has not appeared in court on any of the cases and he has never satisfied a judgment.

The name of the corporation has been changed several times and placed under his family members.

David Orgell used to be a luxury china, crystal, and suilver store in Beverly Hills. Since Mr. Soltani took over the store, it's once fine reputation is gone. You can form your own opinions about Mr.

Soltani's business practices. I continue to wait for my china and silver to be returned.

This is not the original David Orgell that was in Beverly Hills although the very crooked owner, Korosh Soltani, claims that it is, There is no longer a brick & mortar store although the website indicates that it is still at the same address in San Marino. The store is CLOSED. In 2017, they declared bankruptcy under the name R&S Antiques with Orgell as a DBA and assets were scheduled for auction in 2018. (Both corporations still show as suspended by the state).

Then it appears Soltani Luxury Group Inc assumed ownership and reopened under the Orgell name. This corporation which filed its last statement of information with the state in 2022, is now also suspended.There are multiple Soltani relatives involved. IEven though he declared bankruptcy, he immediately set up another corporation with other family member's names on it, and went back to the old name. Soltani has not has a business license since 2018 and he has been sued numerous times.

Judgments were issued by default since he won't appear in court. I left some family heirlooms with him on consignment and he refused to return them even though he set appointments with me to do so.

He is as dishonest as any0one can be. STAY AWAY.
