David Leroy plumbing had ad and sign in front of business $89.00 for heat pump tuneup my heat pump was only 2 years old, the technician came and was at the house less then an hour checked the outside heat pump and the air handler inside the home, when he started to walk out the door he handed me a bill for $450.00, I called the office and spoke with a woman who stated she was office manager and wife of David Leroy, she had strong accent, difficult to understand her, but she was extremely verbally abusive, talking down to me because I questioned the 450.00 charge, THESE PEOPLE FINANCIALLY RAPE CUSTOMERS, spoke with a local business man I know and he stated he heard about how they rip people off especially women and senior citizens
