Lifetime Guarantee Promise
I purchased a commuter umbrella, which is a small foldup model. The folding mechanism never worked well and became completely nonfunctional within about six months.
The company has a system of delivering on its promise of a lifetime guarantee. You pay 9.95 and they ship you a replacementthe first time. The second time? Well that's up for grabs.
I could have purchased a better quality foldup umbrella in CVS for $20.00 without all the hullabaloo. The lifetime guarantee is a hoax for selling poor quality merchandise.B
