Buyer beware
We had a vehicle that has been waiting on an air bag from General motors for a month. To date the mechanic has had no luck with the GM dealer McDermott Chevrolet in CT. From what Tom from McDermott told me to contact GM and said they send what they want when they want and referred me to General Motors @866-522-**** as they can't answer when they will receive this air bag. We are a full service contractor and to be down a vehicle for this amount of time affects our business. We purchase many fleet vehicles and going forward this will impact any future decisions on fleet purchases and doing business with General Motors. This shouldn't be this hard the truck is a 2017 model. Totally not happy with GM. Poor customer service, poor business practices.
