Dave Littleton Ford Agency Totaled My Explorer

I took my Explorer in for an oil change and check the AC. I got a call that the mechanic totaled my car while test driving it. The mechanic received a ticket for causing the wreck. Dave Littleton Ford in Smithville MO. said "it isn't our fault and I can SELL you a replacement!" then turned me over to negotiate with his insurance company. After 2 months of hassle I had to settle for less than book value. The owner just doesn't understand "the right thing to do" and wants to SELL me a replacement. Other agencies I've talked to said they would GIVE a like car from their either New or Used lot. I'll never own another Ford product - Thanks to Dave Littleton Ford Agency in Smithville MO!
