Transfer the money to our bank account
They didn't return our money we stuck to pay the bills and wages , we are struggling,

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After Two months of calling and emailing every day finally got a refund
The restaurant cancelled the order, but the money was still taken from my account. There has been no refund after five weeks, and I was given the same excuse: a technical issue with the refund.

This company is a scam. They claim to process orders for food takeaway businesses, but if you need a refund - good luck!
They will muck you around and never refund your money. They will keep claiming that it's a banking error, or that they're waiting on this or that, but it's all lies.

I ordered my usual, I stated the instructions and even called the restaurant to make sure they get it correct, to getting my food and theyve done it totally wrong!! To which I called them up he was rude down the phone saying he couldnt cook mine for longer bcz of would have set fire but he did my partners well done which should have been mine!
He said hes not doing anything about it and suspended me off the website !! This is disgusting
I asked for my meat crispy with the mayo hes done it with the bbq & I cant have that nor can my partner have mayo due to allergies! But hes saying they are both crispy then changed it to he couldnt do it bcz it would have set fire!!
Im so angry!!! Do they both look crispy NO
But my usual is always done correct!!

My shop open just for a week Foodhub didn't told me l have to withdraw sunday, l did last night but didn't receive money, which was my previous bill for my cash and carry. All l wanted pay my bill even l said l can send my invoice for they believe to.
Im my little business falling down but l will sale my car for this week. Be aware from datman and foodhub, no problem solving no thanks

I would like to share a concerning experience with Datman, the payment merchant we used on our website. When customers placed orders, they were automatically canceled, yet the money was still deducted from their accounts.
Despite contacting Datman numerous times, our customers are still waiting for refunds after two months. This issue has severely impacted our business, causing us to lose 50% of our customers. Unfortunately, some customers have taken to social media to spread negative reviews, believing we are at fault for the missing funds.
This situation has damaged our reputation, although the root cause lies with Datman, whom our customers are unaware of. We urge potential businesses to be cautious when considering Datman as a payment solution.

Please refund e18 paid to Spiceville through revolut on 7th October. They said they didnt receive payment so I had to pay again with cash.
