Abysmal customer service.

I ordered a printer cartridge for my HP Lazerjet. When the order arrived, it was clearly the wrong cartridge for the wrong make and model printer. There was even a packing slip made out to someone else in the box. I called, and was told that a return shipping label would be sent to me, and that the correct product would be shipped. It never happened. A week later, I contacted customer service online, and was assured again that my issue would be taken care of. After several weeks of frustrating attempts at communication, it became clear to me that Databazaar had no intention of fixing their error. I will NEVER do business with this unethical organization again.

The best service I ever got

They delivered products within 1 business days, most of the toners have Free Shipping. The cost is really competitive. The site is very user friendly. The customer service is awesome. They redesign the Site and its really helpful for us. I love this Store and they always have some special discount for old customer like us. Sometime, they send many free gifts....Its really an awesome experience with Databazaar. They delivered products within 1 business days, most of the toners have Free Shipping. On time delivery

The Compatible Cartridges was not so Good

I used to place all compatible toner and ink with Databazaar. However, only for one time, the Compatible Cartridges finished so early. Their RMA team solve the issue on urgent basis. I will again place the order with them. The organization is really good for small business. I have been purchasing products from Databazaar for several years and I have always be highly satisfied with the product, the assortment of options, the cost for the supplies and delivery, and the speed of delivery. I always order my printer supplies from Databazaar because they are reliable an ship on time. Thank you for offering an affordable alternative to HP toner cartridges!

Good customer service

We accidently ordered the wrong printer drum. Because we ordered in bulk, we did not discover the error until about 45 days after the order was placed. tried for 4 months to see if we could exchange

Nicole, Thank you for your response, but I want to let you know that we will not be using your company for any of our office supplies/toner needs again. A good operating business who wants future return business from their customers would honor a return or exchange even if the “manufacturer” was not willing to. This is a poor excuse for not taking an exchange when we would actually be spending more $ to purchase additional supplies from you and would just like a credit back for the existing drum cartridge which is completely unusable to us since it does not fit our machine. We are not even asking for a refund. You could easily sell this item to another purchaser in the future by keeping it in your stockroom but instead your company would rather lose a longtime customer. I will be using Staples or Quill.com in the future as they have always honored any return/exchange requests for us on an unused, unopened product and clearly want our business more than Databazaar does. I will also let you know that we will be searching for and providing negative reviews on public opinion sites about your company simply because it has been so difficult to deal with your business when it came to returning a product even though your advertise “Easy return policy” on your website, but clearly this is not the case when it comes right down to it. We feel that other consumers should know that there is some false advertising going on here which is not right.

Hi,

Every organization has the Return and Replacement policy, even Staples or Quill also has. I using Databazaar for last ten years and I did not find any problem with them.

Their customer supports are very much cooperative, no matter how much you bought!! Its really a very pleasant experience to do business with Databazaar.

Defective reconditioned ink cartridge!

Purchased a reconditioned HP LaserJet ink cartridge for my HP LaserJet 4000, put it in supply cabinet for future use. Retired and didn't need it for three years. This last cartridge lasted about four years. Opened the SEALED package a few days ago and the cartridge has NO ink in it and no seal tape on the side. Unfortunately, I am of course way out of warranty. Called databazaar.com and they wouldn't do anything to help me. I started looking for another cartridge and found a review on Amazon.com from someone who bought same time through Amazon from databazaar.com and he had the exact same experience....a reconditioned cartridge with NO ink. I would not take a chance of buying from these folks again! There is a sticker on the cartridge that says Dr. TONER. Be careful!!

I ordered an HP printer cartridge. It did not work, out of the box, gave error messages on printer.

Well, OK, things happen, especially with cheap products. Then came the real pain - trying to return for credit.

Long story short, I have spent at least 2 hours over 6 weeks phoning and emailing. First, I had to file an RMA request, but the website would not print one.

Then, after finally getting and submitting the RMA, no shipping label. More calls and emails - DBZ blamed some 3rd party. Finally got the UPS label, shipped item. 4 days since DBZ received item, no refund yet.

It is often hard to tell incompetence from dishonesty, but I don't care.

I will never do business with this reseller again, and I advise others to stay away also. Amazon may be a giant ravenous monster, but they get stuff done and done right!

DataBazaar

I placed an order last month. They usually ship within a day or two so I don't mind that they charge the credit card immediately. This time a week later I received nothing. After two hours on the phone and leaving emails, etc. I finally reached someone who first said everything shipped then said it would ship soon and then couldn't give me documentation. I received a small portion of my order a week later and called to ask where the rest was. I could reach anyone and though they say they'll return your calls they don't. I sent them a memo listing what I recieved and told them to cancel the rest. I then contact my credit card. The next day a package arrived which was rejected. Recently they sent "proof" to my credit card of my receiving the entire order. It clearly showed back order items and unless you look closely it looks like the items were accepted. Watch out for an unethical company like this.

Sent wrong product, No customer Service

I ordered a set of ink cartridges a few weeks before I knew my business would need them so as to be prepared for when I ran out (as waiting for ink to arrive can cause serious problems for a retailer). They sent me a box that looked very similar to what I ordered, but contained CL-8 cartridges instead of the CL-221's that I needed. I didn't notice this until I went to change the ink as the receipt said they sent CL-221's, as did the item description... Now I'm out of ink and my business is suffering as a result. I've attempted to exchange the cartridges and all I've gotten are automated responses. Can't get in touch with anyone that can help me. I would strongly advise against doing any business with this company: the job they do is obviously very poor and there's nil customer service to help you out when they mess up your order.
