False advertising and misleading. Sales department will try to twist the language and not provide discount.
I asked to upgrade and was given some BS from the sales department.
The FAQ on the sale page says

Worst Company Ever
- - Paid for service, but the account was banned by their billing system.
- - Support was slow and disorganized; issue fixed after escalation.
After paying for my service to databasemart.com they banned my account because of their billing system. I tried calling their support number but after ringing a dozen times the call was disconnected.
Tried to chat in for assistance and after 30 minutes with one rep told to contact a different department and to do that I had to close out chat and re-submit my chat request to be transferred over. After doing that I got another rep who after not responding for 15 minutes blind transferred me to someone else, finally after chatting to that rep for 45 more minutes and threatening to reverse charges to my credit card they were able to fix the issue. Their support is horrible you do not know if your even chatting with someone since they never acknowledge your question in chat...
I know I will not be renewing my service with them after my time is up.
