"An unexpected error occurred. Please try again" message incessantly

I am using and have been a Dashlane user for well over a year ot two, but suddenly I can't log in. For the first time, the app associated with Firefox asked me for my email address.

When I enter it, I get the above message. I CAN log in on Chrome and my other computer because it simply asks for my master password. With my main system, I now look at entering my email first to which nothing happens. Also, via this machine and Firefox, I cannot log in on your website either.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app in Firefox to no avail. If you cannot fix this damn issue, please refund my yearly $59.99.

I have too many passwords to *** around with a faulty password app. I have loved Dashlane thus far, but I cannot accept this nonsense.

Preferred solution: I want the app to work and allow me to log in! You need to have a human to speak with.

User's recommendation: Be wary, it can let you hang and start resetting passwords because it won't log you in!

Change of email address

Due to a move from Arizona to Georgia, I had to change my email address from jengle777@***.net to jeengle777@***.com. As a result, I cannot access my old Dashlane account after having to delete and reinstall Firefox on my computer. I have had a Dashlane account for a very long time and have saved lots of usernames/passwords on my original account. When I try to sign into Dashlane using the old email address, I cannot receive the code you send because jengle777@***.net no longer exists. I set up an account using my new email, jeengle777@***.com, but all of my data did not transfer to the new account. Can you help?

Resolved: I cannot log into Dashlane. Every time I try, I am sent a verification code. When I enter it, it takes me right back to a page that says a verification code has been sent. Then the cycle repeats.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I solved it myself after hours of effort with no support from Dashlane.

This has been going on for a couple of days, and online tech support is not helpful in resolving the problem. Apparently, there is no way to speak with a human being to solve the problem.
