I have never had an issue with Dashing Diva nails prior to purchasing 2 different sets that will not stick.

I have been using your one gel and remover for several months. I needed to redo 3 nails this weekend and had to remove the old polish.

I had to open a new box of remover. I noticed the color and consistency was totally different than the numerous ones I had used. This remover made my fingers burn and was very liquid- no matter how much I shook it. I purchased it at Target south in Rochester mn.

I am afraid to buy more and can't use this to remove the gel this week. Pictures are attached. My cell is 641 330 ****.

I still have not heard from you. What am I supposed to use to remove my gel?

I have 3 family events this weekend and my nails look horrible, but don't want to burn my fingers with the defective remover ( or new version). I don't know why it is so different.

Smoking LED Lamp

Lamp smoked and melted. It burned my hand.

I called to talk with someone, but there was no answer. I left a message, so hopefully, someone will call back.

Paid 30.00 next day delivery! Ordered 2 days ago and nothing has been shipped

I placed an order on November 25th 2022. I got an email stating that the items were delivered, and it never did.

I know it stated it was delivered but probably to other person, not me.

Not only that, but I try to contact this company and no one responded to my emails, just got some computer generated ones stating that they were busy. As of today, I have not received any personal communication from them regarding this situation, I want my money back and for sure will never buy from them, again.

I placed an order, was charged and never received it. I followed the instructions for contact via email and never received a response.

They don't list any number to contact, either.

It's been weeks with no resolve!

Then I received another charge randomly 2 weeks later and still no resolve. I'm currently about a month from my original purchase and still haven't gotten in contact.
