Dash One LTD

This company had pictures of a bogg bag for sale. It stated in one part that 2 inserts were included. After waiting almost 2weeks for the bag to get to me, I was very disappointed that the clear inserts were not in the shipment. Upon trying to straighten the bag from where it had been folded into a bag for shipping, I noticed it did not say bogg on it. I did some checking and it is obviously a fake. If the inserts would have been with it, I would have let it go. They were not. So I emailed the company dashoneltd@***.com. I asked for a return label since it was not what I ordered. They emailed me back and said for me to check the size with a photo of a bogg bag with a red arrow pointing to the size. I emailed them and told the size wasnt the problem. The problem is I ordered one thing and got another that didnt include everything in their add. They asked me for pictures so I sent pictures and f the bag that I received and how it was incorrect. They again referred me to the size. I told them yet again the size was fine but it was not what I ordered, could they send me a return label. I dont feel as I should have to pay to return something that was fake and not what I ordered from their pictures. They asked for pictures showing what I ordered I snapped pictures from their site and sent them. They told me that they didnt show where they came with inserts. I enlarged that part and snapped it and emailed it to them. They are expecting me to pay to have it returned. I have called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I just hate for this to happen to someone else. I had planned to give it to my daughter as a gift and it was late coming in to begin with and then was not real, as well as no inserts to hold her phone. Everyone needs to be aware that they are taking pictures of real bags and adds from other places and using them. Then they are sending fake bags out with no return label. What a scam. I pray no one else gets taken. I did find out that a real bogg bag will come with the handles already on, the one they sent did not. Please let as many people know about this scam as possible. I will Include pictures of what was on their site and the last two are what I got. Which would be fine had they included the inserts I paid for. It also should have been and actual bogg bag since that is what they advertised.
