I ordered floor mats for my 2012 Toyota from this company. They had color samples in their ad that match my car interior so I ordered Charcoal.
what I got were silver/light grey mats. When I contacted them I included pictures of what they sent me compared to pictures of their advertised charcoal color. They said that though the color was different that was now their charcoal color and no refund or returns is offered. Now I'm stuck with expensive mats that are the wrong color.
Deceptive advertising and poor customer service. Beware of ordering from this company.
