Falcon Zero - FD 170 REPLACED AND 2ND UNIT DOES NOT WORK

Purhased 1st unit and it worked for approx 6 months, then the unit started a constant reboot scenario. Troubleshoot problem and contacted customer support.
A new unit was provided. Six (6) months later the replaced unit locked and would not turn off. Sent several emails - no response. Places several calls - no response.
Tried to log on to their web site and woof - it seemed to disappear.
When the unit worked it was fantastic but now I am without a working unit and out of a heafty expense. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Falcon Zero - Failure X Three

First problem after leaving car at airport for one week and returned to dead battery as the unit pulled all power from battery. Second problem occurred after I hit a deer.
Hit the save button and went back to review on download to computer and did not save video. Third issue is the unit blew out the converter. Had the professional installer find the problem and said I need to call falcon zero for the replacement cord and converter. Now I try reaching falcon zero for several times over many days only getting voice mail but no returned calls.
$200 for unit plus $100 installation.
Wasted my time and money on this falcon zero. That's what I have, ZERO!

The Falcon ZeroF170HD+ didn't work the first time I tried it. I have attempted several times to contact Falcon Zero but not response.
I left Voice Mails. I emailed. And I contacted Amazon, which finally admitted that they had no contact information for the manufacturer. Nothing provided with the dash cam gives the mailing address, consequently, I was unable to file Better Business Bureau or Federal Trade Commission Complaints.
Moreover Amazon refused to let me file a comment so that I could warn other consumers. I just lost over $100.

my dashcam has a 5yr warranty, the touchscreen won't respond after only a few months, the company does not answer the phone or respond to multiple emails, i have emailed amazon, they can't help, not sure what else i can do.
