Unsatisfactory retrievel of quote.
- Submission failed due to technical difficulties; no web reference sent to email.
- Rang Darwin support; waited 20 minutes, then the call ended abruptly.
I filled in all the fields correctly to obtain a quote. After 45 mins of doing this.
When I submitted it. It said Darwin was having technical difficulties. It tried retrieving all the info, but no web ref was sent to my email, which was provided when I gave all my contact details. I then rang Darwin's contact number, selected the right prompt, and then waited patiently for my call to be put through to a Darwin advisor.
I was still waiting 20 minutes later only to have my call ended abruptly by Darwin's call center! I'm extremely frustrated and very disappointed having wasted so much time to achieve absolutely nothing.
User's recommendation: Unless you have the patience of a Saint.Give them a wide berth!
