Actually I catch 232 at 9:40 driver just rude pulled pass stop were I get off and stopped way back at stop I get on then be like I cant see your ticket when I have it in my hand were he can see one night few weeks ago he told me another girl rudely I said yell can have seat he made one girl get off one night

There's just a lot of bad things going on hare

this public transportation company absolutely sucks they either have the speakers inside of the trains or busses too loud blown and way too much irrelevant information, hostile nagging they have their own police force that tickets people who are clueless hundreds of dollars and take advantage of Dallas tourists making people late for work also inconveniently and biasly placing bus stops making no alternative route going through dangerous neighborhood being their extremely rude (Reverse Racism microaggressions) also the buses are spreading bedbugs, their not giving people enough time get on and off the trains or buses and just taking off without them, their wasting people's time by just sitting places when their routes are ahead of schedule, they have rules for no smoking but never ever ever enforcing it, there is a same bus route number for two buses going one way not back on the same route number another bus going the other way being extremely confusing and money grabbing being bias as only locals know the street that the route ends at to know which way to go, causing homelessness, causing confusion, closing the buses down too early, blocking the route home to the ghetto areas where the people need it the worse closing those areas down sooner than everywhere else ps. There are some bad negative reviews for this company on a page under (dart Transit) which if you actually look at the picture for that listing under pissed consumer you'll noticed that that's actually a trucking company but the two are confused so I'm being a frontliner by elaborating this and creating the proper listing to the actual public transportation so it comes up in search I encourage everyone to voice concerns and hardships brought by this public transportation company that's supposed to be for the people

Bus driver rude

She was 15mins late when I get on the bus she was being rude to the man getting on with me using profanity to top that she had her husband riding with her when the handicapped get on in a wheel chair she tell them that her husband didn't have to move out of the handicapped spot but out of respect the husband moved anyway then we start to dive I guess she didn't like the fact that bus riders was complaining that she was late she proceeded to talking and using profanity saying she gonna fet us to the dam bus station as soon as she *** can than look over she drinking a Starbucks drink her and her husband ND to find out she say these dam people will be okay I need my *** speaking on the Starbucks that she had stop and got on her route mKing her run 15mins late we are hard working people that pay our money to ride and get to work on time that's why we plan our trips be cause of her carelessness I was over a hr late I hope dart can get new drivers soon that take there jobs to heart and know that they work with people should be more productive

She probably got held up in traffic, there was an accident or something. Most likely not her fault. Besides you need to work on your English before telling people to be more productive.

I agree. I also think that people who use public transportation have a lot of nerve complaining over 15 minutes.

Most people who drive to work experience delays on a weekly basis.

I take three buses a day and at least one is late everyday so trying to get to work early is impossible. New system and new operators are HORRIBLE. Their attitudes need major adjusting!

Stranded

A rider and a I were waiting for the bus 223 Clark Rd. When I looked at the go app and seen all rides were canceled. I called emergency hotline which was dart police they had no answer. I just started a job and was very low on cash. Luckly a friend sent me a uber.inpaid for my ride for tonight which was $3 . Will I get a refund. Public transportation is all I have . Please give me a answer . Thank you

I have bad feet and is unable to do all the walking I have to do to get to appts at the Bluitt Flower clinic using the 45 route, or the license office on *** freeway service rd using the 47 route. No link service at all in area. I going to loose my leg with all this walking I have to do now. Please help.

I've been coming to dallas on and off for about 3 years trying to go to conventions events g.e.d. classes and stuff like that and in some of the blue line trains there's blown speakers and it just seems like there amplified times 200% on purpose, the voice they use is obnoxious and all of the arrival time indicators and ticket machines are usually out of sync or scrambled even the indicators on the buses too, seems like it's on purpose, they say the machines break but train collisions don't happen whatever that's supposed to mean, I say planned obsolescence in a sense of like how a claw machine is basically rigged, they want you to use your smartphone too, so do be sure that your battery is optimal with the advanced power-saving features tuned all the way up and be careful

Im not usually the kind to complain but two times this week i have been very disapointed i have been riding dart a long time gotten to know some of the nicest bus drivers really care about there passengers and some that r just rude last sun i was waiting on the 475 510 bus at plano rd and northwesthighway just bought some groceries from the kroger rite there when the bus pulled up to the stop very rudly laid on the horn i told him or her i was getting my bags the bus driver said to me i dont have time and drove off left me there for another hour waiting on the bus wow is that who yal want working for ur company then this morning its saturday i got on the 543 bus at military and buckner she stopped at quicktrip to get something when she came back from inside she threw all her trash outta the bus onto the ground another wow but thats not the part that bothers me two older men got on the bus in wheelchairs one missing both of his legs she did not get up at all to help rhw men out had to raise the seats themselves and buckle there chair in very rude didnt even wait for them to finish just drove off how lazy andrude. Hopefully u can talk to ur drivers there is no need to act these ways all we r trying to do is get to where we r going please dont allow ur drivers to treat people like this thankstaaa

i take the train from rowlett to downtown dallas for the past 5 years and one thing that bothers me is when the train is at the rowlett station for about 15 or 20 minutes the driver will leave the doors open letting all the cool air off the train and also letting flies, gnats and wasps onto the train. they do this all the time, it doesn't matter if it's hot, cold, raining or snowing.

i don't understand why they don't close the doors while the train is on its layover. i mean if someone wants to get on or off the train all they have to do is press the button to open the doors.

one time i had to kill 2 wasps that had gotten into the train cause the doors were left open, and also it was very hot outside so when the doors are open and the ac is on it causes the ac to work harder and eventually the ac shuts down and makes the train unbearably hot. i've complained to the train operator before about this and they still do it.

I was on the bus today with the rudest lady bus operator I ever had a back and forth encounter with her; I am not a regular bus rider but today I decided to get on the #19 Bus 41005 at Market St @ Commerce and ride to another location to not actually be standing in the heat of a 100+ of Dallas Texas weather but she almost Drives By Me and she stops way off from the curb in rhe street so she had no intention of even asking me did I want to ride so she indicated that with the way she stopped in the streets; when I said you were going to go by me "she said just get on the bus" "just get on the bus" " just get on the bus and quit complainingc so I asked what was her name... she said I don't need her name. "she said call like some little immature person call and report me just go ahead report me" now let me remind you I'm trying to get on the bus and pay my fare so I'm sitting there talking to her face to face while she is being rude to me because I had to pay to get on the bus as well!!!! Now that is rude when we're paying money to get on the bus... and paying her salary as a tax payer... now reminder you that she pick that job she went and applied for that job nobody went and got her off the street so that must be what she wanted to do so she should not be rude to a paying customer so you need to talk to her because that is very rude and I don't appreciate it and this is not going to be the last of this complaint, I intend to go to the DART Administrator and tell him or her and how this operator talk to me which it was not appreciate it at ALL.

No one cares you jelly.. I'm sure this incident isn't the first one where you tried to exercise your "power" by saying you pay someone's salary.

It's sad that YOU have to boost your weak self-esteem by being a fool. You're a day wrecking nightmare who gets off on trying to ruin someone else's day. They don't have to ask if you want to ride...If you're standing there when the door opens, that's the assumption. They have a schedule to keep.

It's not fair for them or the other passengers to have to waste time while you play your weak power games. I think what gets you the most is you didn't ruin this person's day. That and they gave you back what you dished out. If anything, you provided some much needed comic relief and another story to trade about the worst passenger ever.

Please do the world a favor and DO NOT REPRODUCE. Before you say it, I'll beat you to the chase, "you must work for them."

Very Rude And Unprofessional Dart Bus Driver!

Today 09-01-2019 and 6:30 pm, the Dart bus driver, an older lady with a deep voice pulls up at the West End Station where bus 11 Beyar st usually stops, but the bus said ptl Cockrell Hill or something like that. So, I got on and asked her if this bus was going to Beyar and she yelled, "What??

Beyar!" and then jerked back in her seat and folded her arms rolling her eyes and snapping her neck while smacking her gum. She wouldn't answer and was giving me a hateful look continually and I stepped off the bus, but before I got off, an older man asked her the exact same question and she answered him and he rode, but I waited for the next bus.

She should be written up and fired if she already has many complaints. She is very rude and unprofessional and is a bad reflection on Dart.
