The 38 most of the 38 bus drivers are straight trash they can never almost ever get us to the ledbetter station on time!!!! The train passes us by as we are at the exact light as the train *** sad

this public transportation company absolutely sucks they either have the speakers inside of the trains or busses too loud blown and way too much irrelevant information, hostile nagging they have their own police force that tickets people who are clueless hundreds of dollars and take advantage of Dallas tourists making people late for work also inconveniently and biasly placing bus stops making no alternative route going through dangerous neighborhood being their extremely rude (Reverse Racism microaggressions) also the buses are spreading bedbugs, their not giving people enough time get on and off the trains or buses and just taking off without them, their wasting people's time by just sitting places when their routes are ahead of schedule, they have rules for no smoking but never ever ever enforcing it, there is a same bus route number for two buses going one way not back on the same route number another bus going the other way being extremely confusing and money grabbing being bias as only locals know the street that the route ends at to know which way to go, causing homelessness, causing confusion, closing the buses down too early, blocking the route home to the ghetto areas where the people need it the worse closing those areas down sooner than everywhere else ps. There are some bad negative reviews for this company on a page under (dart Transit) which if you actually look at the picture for that listing under pissed consumer you'll noticed that that's actually a trucking company but the two are confused so I'm being a frontliner by elaborating this and creating the proper listing to the actual public transportation so it comes up in search I encourage everyone to voice concerns and hardships brought by this public transportation company that's supposed to be for the people

My granddaughter left her iPhone on the bus you located it and it was returned to your lost and found where she got her phone back thank you very much
Bus driver rude
She was 15mins late when I get on the bus she was being rude to the man getting on with me using profanity to top that she had her husband riding with her when the handicapped get on in a wheel chair she tell them that her husband didn't have to move out of the handicapped spot but out of respect the husband moved anyway then we start to dive I guess she didn't like the fact that bus riders was complaining that she was late she proceeded to talking and using profanity saying she gonna fet us to the dam bus station as soon as she *** can than look over she drinking a Starbucks drink her and her husband ND to find out she say these dam people will be okay I need my *** speaking on the Starbucks that she had stop and got on her route mKing her run 15mins late we are hard working people that pay our money to ride and get to work on time that's why we plan our trips be cause of her carelessness I was over a hr late I hope dart can get new drivers soon that take there jobs to heart and know that they work with people should be more productive

I've been coming to dallas on and off for about 3 years trying to go to conventions events g.e.d. classes and stuff like that and in some of the blue line trains there's blown speakers and it just seems like there amplified times 200% on purpose, the voice they use is obnoxious and all of the arrival time indicators and ticket machines are usually out of sync or scrambled even the indicators on the buses too, seems like it's on purpose, they say the machines break but train collisions don't happen whatever that's supposed to mean, I say planned obsolescence in a sense of like how a claw machine is basically rigged, they want you to use your smartphone too, so do be sure that your battery is optimal with the advanced power-saving features tuned all the way up and be careful

Very Rude And Unprofessional Dart Bus Driver!
Today 09-01-2019 and 6:30 pm, the Dart bus driver, an older lady with a deep voice pulls up at the West End Station where bus 11 Beyar st usually stops, but the bus said ptl Cockrell Hill or something like that. So, I got on and asked her if this bus was going to Beyar and she yelled, "What??
Beyar!" and then jerked back in her seat and folded her arms rolling her eyes and snapping her neck while smacking her gum. She wouldn't answer and was giving me a hateful look continually and I stepped off the bus, but before I got off, an older man asked her the exact same question and she answered him and he rode, but I waited for the next bus.
She should be written up and fired if she already has many complaints. She is very rude and unprofessional and is a bad reflection on Dart.

I agree. I also think that people who use public transportation have a lot of nerve complaining over 15 minutes.
