Pissed Off Wife Of A Trucker
Hubby hires on with this company,first truck made both of us sick. Took him and put him in another truck,this company pretty much keeps most of the money.
Several checks Hubby made went straight to the company, all he is doing is working for free this last run he did every penny went back to them. Meanwhile we're going in the hole this company made him nothing, but promises gave him pretty poems to listen to. We have bills to pay and can't because he isn't being paid everything goes back to them.
Stay away from this company he works his but off they complain about him, keeping the truck running trucks have no APU in them he goes from one temperature to another. Bunch of cheap *** bastards.

Two Customer Services workers just hung up on me!
Omg called Dart customer service for info bout 13 bus. I'm still in shock for the treatment I received.
2 Angry female customer service employees ripped me a new *** For asking a question. Wtf...
I really hope these rude employees where being recorded! My proof is in the pudding!
Preferred solution: Talk to the Manager n let him/her listen to those recordings. Lol they were so Angry they said you ain't talking to me like that. I didn't get a word in. Until I raised my voice louder then the Angry Operator... wow

I am currently leasing a truck with dart First the truck is too expensive and you have a huge balloon payment at the end of your lease second most loads pay 300 to $500 average and the times for delivery if it's not a drop and hook unfortunately that will be all you will get paid for that day if you are a over-the-road driver and stay out 2 weeks and come home for one day your 34-hour reset and then go back to work you will do okay but if you have a family and want to be home on the weekend I sincerely advise you not to come to Dart

Was traveling down I20 west bound was literally ran off road by dart truck driver number 50945 he crossed over just like I didnt exist almost hit guard rail I want action taken immediately

Dart Truck
Truck 4389 weaves in and out of traffic on NWH going west near Webb chapel without using a signal! There was hardly any room between me and the car in front of me and he almost caused an accident by forcing his truck between us!
This is unacceptable especially when people are driving to get to work. The last thing we need is for someone to be careless on the road and drive this way.
Since this truck works for DART I believe it is important for this company to be aware on how their employees drive. Hopefully this will not happen again.

Dart Truck Destroys Neighborhood
Around 9 AM, on the morning of 5/19/16, a Dart truck (trailer #35001) turned in to my small neighborhood in Lithia Springs, on Miller Street (NOT built for trucks!) off of Bankhead Hwy. I followed in disbelief as this massive truck and trailer knocked down power/cable lines, broke off huge limbs that came crashing down on the road and trashed people's yards trying to get through several hair pin turns.
I blew my horn trying to get the driver's attention to no avail. The truck never stopped.
It just kept plowing through leaving destruction behind. I immediately called their dispatch but I suspect nothing will be done.
That is not a dart truck. It looks like swift truck pulling a dart trailer.

i have 14 yrs otr, no accidents or tickets. now i,m about to lose my truck,and job.
due to e/logs. no one wants a good safe driver now. you have to be a high tech robot to drive a big rig. the safety guy who tells you its not hard has no idea what its like to manover 18 wheels around the usa!
sure i can sorta use a computer. i went to truck driving school for 5 weeks. teamed with a trainer for 6weeks.
it is very scary how truck drivers are treated now a days. and we just sit back and take it.

I am surprised to see Dart wasn't on this list I leased on to them and was very happy. They moved to a dedicated account and that when I ran into trouble, I was given dispatches that I could not meet delivery times without run over the 11 hour rule, if you turned it down you sat 1 or 2 days, if turned several loads you sat for 3 days or they dead-headed you some place then claimed they did not send you.
Even with the message sitting on the QC.
I was pulled into safety several times and threaten to have my lease pulled.
Operations doesn't want to hear from you except that you arrived on time, if you complain they find safety issues with you. Lease to dart if you like lots of headache
Dart is a waste of time and a mistake...
Empty promises and short on pay....
I now drive for a outfit with only 16 trucks and make three times the money with -500,000% headache
