Complaint of a dealership

the first quarter of 2018 I received a recall for a wiper motor cover. I scheduled a service date and time with Darrell Waltrip Subaru.

I arrived at approximately 10:00 am. Was told at time of scheduling it would take about one and a half hours. Left car at dealer and left with wife. At approximately 2:00 pm called dealer, still not completed.

Arrived at approximately 4:45 pm to dealer as service department closed at 5:00 pm. Car was not completed. They kept a tech over to finish repair. Received car at approximately 5:45 pm.

Next day left house with misting rain falling. NO WIPERS WORKING. Called Darrell Waltrip service manager ,he asked me to bring it back. Informed him I'm 70 miles away.

He said he understood and could try to walk me through what to check. After raising hood I found missing parts ,pinched wiper fluid line. After removing cowling and wiper arms I saw wiper motor had not been reconnected. After waiting about 8 hours for a 1 1/2 hour recall job it came down to me completing the work.

I currently have a air bag recall and are reluctant to go to

Subaru dealer. The second closest dealer is in Nashville TN and their sales manager was a complete arrogant *** at the time I tried to purchase the car new. Bought car new at Greyson in Knoxville TN. 110 miles from home.

I don't expect anything from this complaint but thought corporate should know who they have representing them . P.S.

I love my car. My wife wants a Subaru but is going to purchase a Toyota as she has had great service with their representing dealers
