Terrible food.

My wife and I visited Cheddar's in Columbus, Georgia recently. I had the toughest stake in over 20 years, could hardly chew the product. On top of that the baked potato wasn't hot at all. Went there for onion rings and they were discontinued, used to be the best item on the appetizer menu. I used to enjoy Cheddar's, good food at a fair price. Not any longer.

Very poor customer service and was on hold the drive back to restaurant an another 30 min to talk to Mgr.An lady had my wife on hold still after I told her thats why s on hold very upset !!!

Its major . Ive been going to the Douglas avenue Altamonte location for three months everyday multiple times as a paying customer always treating everyone with respect .

Out of nowhere , I received call Friday from your operations supervisor for Orlando . She said she had spoken to her team at the restaurant saying Ive hollered at employees and more importantly Ive been aggressive with patrons . This could not be further from the truth . I told her she better get her facts straight and offer me a quick apology .I then told get to put the names in writing and forward to me because I would be contacting corporate today .

She refused to do so because it does not exist . I am a businessman and well known in the community .

I better receive a call or am fully prepared. to file a lawsuit due to these ridiculous accusations

I was stopping in for dinner at 9 pm on June 24th(Empty Lobby) I was with a party of 3, and I was told that I was not able to be seated. That I would have to have take out. Through the pandemic people had to understand that dining in was not an option, however we at a time now that dining in is acceptable and the experience of dining at a local restaurant chain or independent should be welcome. In northeast Philadelphia, this seems to be a crutch that is used to save labor while sacrificing the guest dining experience. Special events were lost last year and continue at the Olive Garden. .thThank you

I placed a to go order two days in advance of my pick up date. I arrived at the Olive Garden in West Dundee, IL 10 minutes prior to my pick up time. I received a text telling me to arrive at my scheduled pick up time. When I got there, I was told they were running behind and it would take at least another hour or so to get my food. If I had not already paid for my order, I would have left. They did mot plan correctly for the business. Completely incompetent. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!

Received a $35.00 gift card for Port Orange, Florida, OLIVE Garden from Kerry Piasecki

E gift card Number 6192 95** **27 5215 The Olive Garden of Port Orange Florida refused to accept it 4/28/2021 I paid by Master card the amount of $42.55 Check # 52245 It was a hardship for me to pay that amount at that date. It will also be the last time I eat there, I advised Mrs. Piasecki she replied she will never give another gift cards to Olive Garden. This was most embarrasing to me. Horrible experience at Dover, Delaware Longhorn.

I placed a take out order this evening, 3/12/21, at your Dover, Delaware Longhorn restaurant. I called the restaurant directly at approx. 7:15 pm. to place my order. I was told my order would be ready at 7:50 pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:40 pm. I called the telephone number as directed by the signage and told them my name, number and space location. A "runner" came to my car, verified my military discount and took a gift card to pay for my meal. And that is the last I saw anyone from Longhorn until I called the phone number again at about 8:35 pm. No one from Longhorn could explain to me what happened to my food or gift card. I finally asked to speak to a manager. The manager also had no idea what had happened to my order. He said he would start my order over again, and credit back the gift card for the amount taken to pay for the original order. The manager brought out the order to my car. Space 6 to be exact. I had been staring at the sign for over an hour. I finally pulled out of the restaurant parking lot at 9 pm. I do appreciate the manager's gestures. However, I was ending a 12 hour work day. I purchased the take out for my 88 yrs. old mother and myself for dinner. It was around 9:20 pm. when I finally arrived to my mother's house from Longhorn. If I hadn't called the contact number at 8:35 pm. would I still be waiting in the parking lot of Longhorn? I was not satisfied with the compensation of the dinners for what I had to go through. The worse part is I still have a gift card I need to use. I would like to speak to someone from your corporation. You may contact me at the email above to arrange this call.

My name is Greg Tucker on April 3 2021went to long horn in dublin ga food was cold steak was like rubber had to warm it back up carry out..Talk to Manager about problem.April 5 2021call my order in when i came to pick up my order waited 20 minutes and waited on my order i was told my order was never put in the computer another 20 min wait..April 8 2021 place my order got home steak was BURNT now im really upset..Call to speak to manager i was told he was cooking and could not speak to me.Took steak back for a new one mgr still would not speak to me i had to drive back 15 miles to get more food ..Wrong salads in bag no steak sauce or butter for potato very up set. I love to eat at long horn but service has got bad.As i was waiting i saw where more other carry out orders was wrong poor service .

On Saturday, January 16, 2021, I made a reservation on Open Table for Seasons 52 at the Sunrise, Fl location for 6:30 p.m. It was confirmed for an outside table. We arrived 15 minutes early and when my spouse and I arrived at the restaurant the hostess proceeded to tell us our reservation would not be honored because they were filled for the evening. She did see our reservation in the computer, too. We did not argue, however, we were not happy as it was a special occasion. We requested to be seated outside as per our reservation and there were at least 4 available tables. She didn't even ask us to wait ...10 minutes 15 minutes or 30 minutes. We have never experienced this before. And yes, we were dressed nicely!!!
