Got a replacement order as u can see st the top photo, what the *** is the cook doing? It look horrible also, mo cheese, no meat or sauce.
I give up, waiting for a response!! The lasanga is suppose to be like the photo with white cheese n red sauce, not like garbage.

User's recommendation: Better management training? Better communication with customers. Manager should at least make an effort to be less condescending and more concerned with resolving customer problems
Complaint of our Olive Garden in spokane valley washington
It was my brothers 88th birthday celebration and I took the whole family too Olive Garden in Spokane Valley Mall ,Spokane Washington, It was a total disaster. and this is the 3rd bad meall, cheap products, quality faries and not consistant, Our birthday celebration was marked with very bad experiences as we all had bad meals, not warm , dried out looking and not tasty meals.
Noodles were more than eldenti, all was bad, We will not be going back there until I hear that things have changed.
The food that we got was of poor grade, don't mind spending money on food that is suppose to be a cut above the rest but the total experience in food quality is so diappointing, Not like the old days. You should take this seriously as others in spokane are talking about how they feel taken by then putting out less than good quality.

My wife and I had dinner at the Olive Garden at 2397 SR.77 in Panama City Fl. 32405 Last night.
we arrived at around 5 pm. We placed our order for the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. I ordered the "never ending soup and salad " because the seafood portafino is no longer on the menu.( that is another issue LOL)
My wife ordered the seafood alfredo. after waiting for approximately 25 minutes the server apologized several times and brought our salad and bread sticks so we would have something to begin our meal.
It was another 10 minutes after we began eating before our appetizer arrived. Again our server apologized for the delay. After eating the salads and bread sticks and appetizer our server apologized again because my wife's seafood alfredo was still not ready. She brought my bowl of soup while my wife waited patiently for her entree.
I had finished another bowl of salad and my soup and her meal was still not there. More apologies from our server and finally my wife received her entree.At this point I was frustrated with the poor service or actually the poor timing from the kitchen as our server could only serve whats ready from the kitchen. I had lost my apatite and was ready to leave. I asked to speak with the manager.
Mr. Santos again apologized for the delay with both our appetizer and the entree. His solution for this frustrating date night with my wife was to give us a complimentary piece of pie? I was not happy with the service nor his solution to our ruined monthly date night.
I asked him to put the pie in a to go box as my wife and I were ready to leave and that I would take up my issues with corporate.
I hope that you contacting them will bring about actual change in the service. To others this may not seem like a serious issue, but when your only able to afford take your wife out for a "date night" once a month, its something we both look forward to and Olive Garden is one of our favorite placed to eat.
I hope you can appreciate the gravity of this situation for us. I thank you for your time and consideration.

User's recommendation: if you have a long delay in receiving your appetizer, politely speak with management immediately. Don't wait for it to happen with your entree as well.

My husband and I went to the Wayne, NJ location for the first time. We had a wait of 35 minutes and then we were seated.
But first when I checked in with the hostess, she seemed to have lost our name on the wait list. She said that the computer sometimes does that. Wow, really? She consulted with another co-worker and then came back to us.
Said the wait would be about 2 more minutes. In less than 2 minutes she let us know that our table was ready. We were escorted to our table and I was surprised by all of the empty tables to the left and right of us and across the room from us. So why the wait?
We ordered almost immediately (from start to finish, the wait staff was pleasant and friendly--Dustin was our waiter). We ordered the wings as an appetizer and the two different kinds of cheesesteaks as our main course. Guess what? The waiter came back over to us and politely but sadly let us know they did not have the cheesesteaks.
What?! That's what we really had our hearts set on. Okay, we asked the waiter to give us a minute while we rethought our order but to put the wings in and he did. We then ordered the sliders and the tenders from the appetizer menu.
The wings were brought out almost immediately. The other 2 appetizers took another 20-25 minutes. The wings and our plates had already been cleared but when the other 2 appetizers were served, no plates. We had to ask.
The wings were crunchy and delish. The sliders were just okay. Nothing special. The onion rings were doughy and mushy.
The tenders were tasteless and the fries were not crispy or exciting. To say we were underwhelmed would be an understatement. My husband and I were quite disappointed by the whole experience. We will not be returning.
Before I write a bad review online, I thought I would write to you first. Please sign me one dissatisfied customer.

I paid $200 for a gift card but they would not honor it
Are you gain went to my bank today to tell them to charge them with fraud for taking $200 and not even telling me who took the money out or why they took the money out and they wouldn't give me any details to the whole situation so dealing with the Capital Grille has been a freaking nightmare nobody talks nobody knows anything. I called the corporate office a number of times can't get through ever they put me on hold and then the line goes dead after about 10 minutes.
The response that I got from the manager in Burlington Massachusetts was that we have no access to that information they can take my money but they have no access to who took it or why. My bank said they would get back to me as soon as possible.

BTW: OG has sucked for years. It's just microwave food you could get from the grocery store.
