The trips are always a blast and competitively priced with more things planned than the competitors. I have read the other two reviews and the one doesnt even pertain to this company and the other one I dont understand because I have rode with them on many diamond tours.
Those trips were always a blast and were always smooth Sailing. I would highly recommend them for your next bus trip.

I have rode with many different charter companies throughout the years but nothing compares to this one. The trips are very well planned out and always a blast, prices are hard to beat compared to other companies with always more to do.
I seen the other two reviews and the one isnt even about this company and the second one I dont understand.
I have done many Diamond tours with them and nothing has been a disappointment. I highly recommend them for your next charter services.

Horrible service

Dude that was working cussed me and my friend out for not having an ID. We have been there more than a thousand times everyone that works there knows us as regulars. I am not happy at all about this and will not be going back

Went on a Diamond Bus tour to Maine in Oct. 2017.
Diamond Tours portion was outstanding. Transportation by Darcy's Transportation Marshfield, Wi. not so good....No communication, lost 3 times, once for over an hour, took an hour to fuel bus because of credit card problems. Lunch & break stops not planned ahead.
One lunch was two busses at a gas station with vending machines. Leader, Pat, had less than zero people skills & seemed unable to perform even simple duties [took 30 minutes to distribute 25 hotel keys]. Lot's of dissatisfied people.
Talked to people on other Diamond Tours with different bus companies---they were aghast with what we tolerated. You might want to travel with another company that cares.
