i took my rv4 for accidental repair.they repaired bodywork .called me its ready so next day i went there to pick up.and i ask them if every thing been good she said yes they checked it i drove my rav4 back home suddenly i noticed my safety light blind spot not working and some noise was coming from backside so i call cindy next day she told me bring it over .so i drove 80 mile up down and paid $8 tunnel toll ok she said they fixed it i drove back safety light was working fine but noise was still there. i called her again.she told me bring it over so i took day off my work drove 80 miles up and down paid toll then she told me your right rear tire needs to replace. she replace that.and before i left i ask her did they test drive she said dont need its ok .i drove back home same *** same noise again i called her again. tool back to her missed another pay from my job then she told me its may be from rightside rear tire i was i said ok check then she told me i have to pay $150 for check up its may be not related to accident. i was really pissed they were not diagnosing the problem i lost about $600 gas/toll/3 missed work days even its their fault for not finding problem she did not want to admit /very rude lady. i tried to call general manager also but that time he was in meeting. i left message but no call backi

User's recommendation: I will never go back there in my life.i thought dealers are best but no.

Sold ME a Stolen Car

I thought I had purchased a new car and had it for 2 months. I was recently contacted by the dealership and they informed me that the car was reported stolen the month before they SOLD it to me! The police became involved and the car was "repossessed!" Since then, I have been without a car of my own. They are allowing me a rental, but it's not the car I am paying for. The rental company calling me and telling me to bring the car back. What am I supposed to do. I have tried to contact Corporate people, but not getting any call backs! This whole situation has me stressed out! YOU SELL ME A STOLEN CAR AND TRANSFERRED TAGS THAT AREN'T REGISTERED TO THE CAR! I COULD HAVE BEEN PULLED OVER BY THE POLICE! MY SON DROVE THE CAR, MY WIFE WAS DRIVING....WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS SITUATION FOR 2 MONTHS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! HOW CAN YOU OPERATE A BUSINESS AND NOT KNOW YOUR INVENTORY! I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE....SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE! DARCARS TOYOTA OF BALTIMORE IS WHERE THEY SCREWED ME!!! SO BUSY TRYING TO MAKE A SELL! I WAS JUST TOLD LIES FROM THE START UNTIL NOW!!! YES I AM PISSED!!!

What in the World!

A very close friend of mine purchased a car 2 months ago from DARCARS Toyota Baltimore. Yesterday, they contacted him to tell him that the car he was sold, was reported stolen the month prior to him obtaining the car! What kind of Foolery is this. The police came to the house, treated him like he was a criminal. They towed the car away. Now, he had the car for 2 months....the car had been reported stolen prior to them selling him the car...I just want you to understand that! HOW does something like this happen? Someone needs to be fired! This man is so upset behind this whole ordeal. This is ridiculous! This man is now without a car! They transferred his tags to the new car. The police ran the tags and they come up as being registered to nothing! I am so baffled by this whole ordeal myself. These are professionals! How do you sell a car that is reported stolen? Didn't you have the vin #, information on the car? This is totally unacceptable....Good thing it isn't me...I would be in my lawyers office right now!
