Poor customer service

bought car in for1 recall service Tuesday June 18,2018 found out the car has 4 more recalls that I was not aware of service was done Tuesday bought car home. Wednesday morning car would no start was told to call tow truck . tow truck picked up car Wednesday @ 4:30 PM called Marlow Heights Repair Service @ 9:30 AM Thursday put on hold for 45 minutes hung up called back several times on hold again 30 minutes said the would call me to tell me what's wrong never heard from anyone called back @3:pm no call back call again @4:00 PM ask for a Supervisor not available told car has not been looked at now I have no transportation for 4 days This unacceptable I will right too the Chrysler Head quarters to complain

car overheated, started smoking it had to be towed back, oil on the ground and all over flatbed of truck , oil leaked out

Maryland Car Dealership from *** !!!

I Took my Chrysler to Dar Cars Chrysler for minor repairs on September 12 2017. During the test drive, the mechanic was involved in a two car accident.

I have been in a battle with this dealership for a month to obtain either a loaner vehicle or a rental while repairs are being made. A month later my vehicle still sits on their lot and has not been touched! The dealership is in an ongoing dispute with the other drivers insurance about fault and responsibility, and has not given any consideration to the fact that my means of transportation has been taken away, and that they are partially to blame. I've made numerous call that always end with someone will call you tomorrow.

Needless to say tomorrow never comes. I'm at wits ends and thinking maybe I should start inquiring about a legal remedy. To all that read this BEWARE!! these people are seriously bereft of any sense of responsibility or customer service.

High priced and irresponsible.

Just what you need in a dealership. First and Last time customer.
